I think Snpw has done everything they can, in good faith, to secure approval for the Medi. And remember, the RIDEM has previously issued their intent to approve: http://dem.ri.gov/programs/benviron/waste/pn/pn-medrecycler-noi.pdf

The unknown, and the only unknown as I see it, is what relevance will the RIDEM give to the public hearing and the subsequent comments resulting from the hearing. I have no clue how to gauge the relevance here.

Think about it, is there any fundamental change in the projected Medi operation than when the intent to approve was received - I don’t see any.
