This is good point. I do believe the restricted shares were issued for new acquisition but if it’s clarified by them, that would build shareholders confidence.

Also if there is joint statement by both companies as to the M&A, that would also alleviate any doubts. So far there is no reference of this acquisition in South American banks website.

PMBY has to be little more communicative and should file asap to become pink current.
