Scotus does have too much power

Some limits needed --- maybe on LAWS and what they mean - the ability to over ride SCOTUS by an x % (60-66-75) vote in Congress ?

Example - from the left but on point

In 2013 (or?) SCOTUS said that CONGRESS WAS WRONG in re authorizing the VRA with pre approval in place in x states.

Scotus as I read it -- said CONGRESS in its JUDGEMENT was wrong

SCOTUS knocked down the law the congress had passed with sufficient majorities ---- not based on consitution - but on the opinion by 9 people that the logic CONGRESS used was simply flawed - a bad read of the progress of such states

We now know SCOTUS was wrong in its sense of those states but in all events --- who and what WAS scotus to totally step in and replace congress on what I recall as NON constitutional grounds

and away we went

I like having SCOTUS but there should be a way to over ride SCOTUS if it goes rogue or simply determines cases based on their religion or politics -- against the huge will of congress and citizens
