I made ZERO mention of it being a negative. Not sure why everybody immediately assumes that. You list some reasons why it might not be a negative thing, so how is my post some sort of "fear tactic"? My posts have no effect on people buying or selling.
I have owned multiple stocks that have gone through a reverse split. All of the legitimate companies have done just fine. Several of the pennies just used it as an opportunity to immediately dilute. I don't know what VPER's intentions are, but a 5~ billion OS for a company of this size is not viable. As all of the reasons you stated, support. I just don't believe VPER is getting to $1/sh before a reverse split.
