I have read about dilution a lot of places. I have not read anything about VPER diluting, however. It seems they have around a billion shares to dilute right now if they choose. We'll see for sure when their financials are posted. Reverse split would allow them to dilute a lot more. They may lower the AS, but my guess is it won't be by the same ratio as the reverse split.
What an amazing company.
