Ignoring it doesn't make it go away.

The O/S (outstanding shares) have increased by 16 million shares so far this year (and is on track to dilute about 50-60 million shares - and that doesn't include the 2nd S-1 Prospectus that they have filed (which could include dilution of another 240 million shares, give or take).

The company has shown in its financials that they are diluting shares.

There is plenty of evidence that shows this.
