What fraud? Hell is seems Mark lost money on the deal. Someone stating this was going to fall apart had a much higher chance of being right that those thinking this would go to $1.
Only one that manipulated things seems to be Synergy who provided the OTC market updates before leaving and probably sold their shares after doing that. Also seems Ben never registered the shares with Delaware.
