and btw.. I have suggested the same thing (a while ago).. that folks email the company with questions/suggestions.. and that way management (Shawn) will know what to address when he tweets (if he can)..

so we are basically on the same page.. I think you give some good, constructive criticism.

I think posts on this message board are sometimes lacking in context.. and tends to pigeonhole posters into either being too positive or too negative (I think folks are cautious because of all the game playing:)

So yes, I think the truth is somewhere in the middle.

CEO could communicate better.. and we have have a great company that is extremely undervalued..

and the "great company" part we have Shawn to thank.. so that seems to be a good balance (at least for me:)
