Recently discovered facts;
“ that our class of shares was not correctly approved by a motion to the board of Southcorp and neither were the shares registered with the Delaware Secatary of State.An appeal to correct this will cost time, money,outcome not guaranteed”

The more I read this, the angrier I get.
