Well Binzur, my point is, if you are sueing to recoup cost then it doesn't matter at this point where it falls. If you purchased at .015 or so, then this has little farther to fall. It's a different matter if you bought at .002 or something, then i'd sell. But for someone who's down 90%, they will lose the rest in broker fees anyway.

I'd never suggest anyone take a class action suit though. That's useless for anyone but the lawyer.

So, let me rephrase what i mean. If your suffering a 90% loss or greater, i'd not sell and hold on unless my lawyer told me to go ahead and sell it if i wanted. The whole point of taking legal action is to put your decisions into someone elses hands, once you make that decision why do you want to make decisions that may make your hired guns job harder?

Only my opionions and expieriences.

realest; You have got to be kidding! I am involved in a class action on another stock and no where were we given any advice to not sell or to sell. I met with three different attorneys and not a single one told me I had to hold on to my shares to be "eligible" for a class action. I posted earlier that .0012 is better than .0005 and I believe today you will see .000*. The company has dumped close to 25M this week and that is through Wednesday, IMHO!

Watch for DooDah to post that HDSN is on the Ask and then look for the dump in the final hour! Been going on like this since November.
JMHO!
