Well, it practically does. The company invested RMB 925 million ($150M) in 2018. So unless they wasted most of it big time, it should be worth at least $150M, all other things being equal.

And if companies are having a hard time valuing assets on the books then they often use the investment at cost approach. Which is exactly the $150M they invested in 2018.
