NSAV is (or at least WAS) Tilton's company. I don't know what happened after Jake's first lawsuit but it used to be Tilton's.

This was the very fist PR put out by Tilton after he took over (bought?) NSAV from the former CEO:

The property was in foreclosure at the time and lost in a bank sale just a few months after that PR. (I believe, somewhere, I still have a bunch of Tweets from Tilton's former, now deleted, NSAV Twitter account to back things up and what was posted about it).

Time passes and Tilton appoints Jake Noch as new CEO:

Then Jake got fired after requesting Tilton's, and others, resignations. Jake sued Tilton/NSAV/CHIF and won by default.

Now Jake's suing again but, seemingly, involving others as well.

Do your DD. Tilton has had a TON of great ideas but none of them seem to have panned out well and I believe Tilton has 5 OTC tickers now but none of them produced any revenue at last check.

All that being said, good luck as it does appear that Tilton isn't alone anymore. Probably a good thing.

I'm fairly sure another poster has proof showing NSAV is, or at least WAS, Tilton's and how much Tilton paid for it from the former CEO. But, like I said, things may have changed after Jake's first lawsuit and, frankly, I haven't really been keeping up. Well, until I read that Jake was suing AGAIN. And then comes that George Sharp "ShitList" mentioning NSAV.

Other than that I'm pretty well talked out. Oh, and it seems if "stickies" were used more often some people wouldn't have to repeat themselves. ;-)
