I think that Twitter guy is the same who was here on the board with his conspiracy theories for a while. Sorry, but reads to my like total bull crap.

If ED would have something to deliver, he would immediately shout it from the rooftops to show how great CEO he is. He is even promoting the Attorney Letter and simply going pink current as a major milestone.
