the company was also reinstated in March 2021 which coincides with the date of that article .. there is also this tweet from @brianlanning8 with some nice DD which connects VIZC & tomorrow.io.. so no there is no link as of yet but the handwriting is on the wall .. might I suggest your read the DD or are you purposely just trying to cast doubt?
