The transfer of wealth will be from the smaller investors to the larger investors. The low share price will shake out a lot of weak hands. If they are successful, in their takeover, the coming reverse split will shake out the rest. That will allow them to consolidate their position as majority share holders. The timing is perfect, and will allow them to take advantage of the upcoming catalysts. I would like to know who is funding this. Is it an investment banker, for the market making opportunities? Is it another pharmaceutical company getting their hands on the molecule for pennies on the dollar?
