Just failed executives who made unfulfilled forward looking statements to sell stock to retail who gladly wanted to believe the hype narrative.

Not criminal, but enough shadiness for the SEC to not declare more common stock to be registered and sold to the public.

Why deflect back to current management. That was not what the statement said! If a group wants to take over they need a plan otherwise they will not get the votes. Pretty simple
