Depends on the news and volume. Last it hit .04 was on low volume and dropped quickly back down. Be some sad folks if they dont realize some gains. That's a BIG IF of course as nothing but a shell sign is gone. Attorney letter can make that go away for awhile with or w/o fins coming "SOON"...
