If all such things are viewed within the idea that the patents are worthless and there is no infringement and that is unlikely to change, in terms of what any court, trials or judges find......which is what I believe to be the case......then, it can be viewed as just a fiat, share printing & selling machine w/no other point or purpose. As far as that goes, it does very very well...has for many years & in all likelihood, still has many years to go doing the same, supported by, on one hand, those who just don't get it & are in wishful thinking & decision making mode.....and on the other hand, those who understand exactly what vplm really is and how to make some jingle with it and expect nothing else & nothing more. For ex, the list of fire sale investors who buy a bunch for dirt cheap, wait a year, then cash in for a handsome profit. Works for them....
