These guys are lawyers and should have looked into that 2 years ago. They ain't stupid, they knew all along that it wasn't legal. The THC hourglass is the only reason folks bought GPFT. Now bagholders. And if you go to the filings you will see that GPFT basically is bankrupt without a filing.
