New director for uplisting? What a laughable proposition, as if $CYDY was even close to the requirements.

$CYDY can't even get their stock registered effective at the SEC let alone uplist.

$5.95, I think they hired the new director as CYDY needed an independent director as one of the conditions of uplisting to the NASdaq exchange. I may be wrong but I remember that this was one of the requirements. Not sure of this but it is sticking in my RAM or random access memory - GLTU

Uplisting is never happening. EVER. Every time there's any sort of change in regards to management including selling shares (LOL) people like to say 'it's to help uplisting' This has never and will never be true. The biggest shortcoming of CYDY for uplisting is in regards to value and they are INCAPABLE of producing value.
