But what did they personally promise to you? Nothing from what I can tell, so where did they fail?

It has been my exper. that Mr. P has been honest, he is just not pumping this stock like many of us are used to in pink land. His info has been very professional, sometimes it is not what shareholders what to hear, but is is pertinant to the job at hand. I would rather him state the truth than feed us a bunch of crap that may later be seen as a lie.

Shame on us for thinking that our short term gains were permanent. Where is it written that PPS increases are locked-in? Remember, momo works in both directions… that is until fundamentals take over.

Forgive me…but Mr P has his hands full for sure. I deal with federal regulators every day of my career. Compliance issues bear an unbelievable burden upon every executive and his organization. To me, it seems that Mr. P is following an appropriate strategy to get the merger completed.

I take another view on the transparency and honesty issues. Many at this board read the information as if it flowed from the mouths of babe.

EVERY TIME I called Andrew to confirm board stories…there were always minor discrepancies…minor and selective enough to consider the source. I’ve never had Andrew come right out and say that a PR or filing is due any certain day. To the contrary, as good as I am on the phone, I’ve never been able to pry anything out of him except what’s been already released to the public. He is a true professional in that respect. Ethics and SEC regulations prohibit him from disclosing any information in private conversations. When a press release comes out or a filing is made…he will then have a new information base from which to discuss. Until then, he can only parrot what the previously disclosed information has already stated.

Yes, we are down 70% form the peak. I am under water as well. But I really feel those peaks were artificially high…just like I feel the current price is unjustifiably low.

Further, I would argue that flippers are not shareholders. Without this merger, FCCN would still be scraping fish poop. Where is it written that Mr, P must keep shareholders advised on a daily basis…actually, the quite period prevents him from disclosing too much too soon. Would you like to jeopardize the veil of confidentiality and the deal…just to update the shareholders?

Set your sights on the closing…not the day to day PPS movements; unless of course you’re still looking at this as a pic-n-flip play. In that case, you’re on your own.

IMHO…Justin, NH
