IMO, giving Irwin the ammunition to do strategic M&A’s like Sweetwater is to every shareholders advantage.
Ironically, I am not favoring him buying any USA MSOs.
I want synergistic products. Edibles like a profitable chocolate or baked goods company with brand recognition is a great fit.
That opens up a few hundred options.
That kind of acquisition is totally in Irwin’s wheelhouse.
