Unfortunately, you are wrong. If you look at level 2 you will see GTSM which is a market maker for notes or company selling at .0016 showing 10,000 shares. I am cool with it as long as they go up with the price when this happens

Also, share structure doesn’t need to change with dilution. You have a tremendous amount of A/S and they don’t need to raise it.
