My point is the make up of the share structure is only temporary, Jeff can fix that very quickly, in a multitude of ways, as most of us are aware.

I believe PM is going to purchase the company anyway, since they'd be pretty damn stupid not too, they need all the patents and that's the only way they can get them.

I think they'd better hurry up, too, because they're not the only kids on the block that would love to get their greedy little fingers on the future of smokeless tobacco.

Patents are often worth 100's of millions, possibly billions, it's a no brainer.
