It STILL has to be a primary source of energy. It can't take from what was spent to move the car. And that's the problem - they have not told us what the source of energy is.
So if the power source was sitting on a trailer while hooked to the car that would suggest it operates independently of the vehicle its powering, right?
That might be the biggest clue of all, plus it can power wheeless boats
