Since you seem to have the ear of the 13D group, maybe you could get them to answer some questions.
Are they using financing to fund their proxy fight?, If so, what are the details about repaying that debt? How do they plan to fund the company, until the company starts earning income? Are there any plans to merge with Incelldx (understanding the value is in the patents). Are there any plans to either partner with, or sell to another pharmaceutical company?
