Your statement is the reality of what the situation should be and maybe is, my theory is trying to predict what will occur based on what I know from the tweet, not what I assume should be done. The assumption being made is that Krisa will tweet prior to July 15th about fbcd imo, where all I see is a tweet stating they cannot do so because of impending court actions imo. We know of only one impending court action, July 15.
