Where Shotsky is right: All matter is energy, and energy cannot be created or destroyed. Energy can only be transferred just as matter can only be “re-arranged”. It’s one of the laws of the physical universe.

But: The battery can still be charged by a separate or primary energy source and this fully works within the laws of physics/thermodynamics. How that works in an EV power train, we do not know. But it is definitely not impossible.

We can’t get more details on the tech. Patent is pending, but not all entities on this planet care about those laws. So we have to wait and trust, or not. That’s our call as individuals

Totally understand your point.
And what you write is valid according to already known principles of electricity.
I'm just pointing out one piece of technology (that exists) that can make an electrical car rechargeable while driving.
I was even thinking of a self powered skateboard. Push it a couple times and you're off for 12 miles.
Guess I'm just that sci-fi person that saw Communicators on Star Trek and thought it was never possible, yet here we are with better ones (except no phazer), cell phones. And that made me believe that some things humans see as impossible, may be possible in the near future.
And YES, $$HPIL needs to produce whatever it is they are talking about. I'm pretty sure it's not anything that I am referring to.
And not sure how you show that info to Share Holders while working on how to create it.

On the car battery - if you recall, before batteries, you had to crank with the Hand Crank (Model-T) to start it :)

I'm just very, VERY Happy I got in this a long time ago. Who knew all this would happen? And then to have this bomb of a fuel-less electric car? If that's true, this will be bigger than Microsoft.

Do you know what the alternator does in a car? It recharges the battery through mechanical movement. It GENERATES ELECTRICITY. That becomes the primary source once the car is started. Capiche?
