#26610 RE: Argus63 #26609

Well.. to give even more context (because in some ways its hard to compare)..

tsn* was a reverse merger that surprised many folks (the now HMB* had its assets reverse merged into an empty shell (tsn*).. so folks who got in before the reverse merger basically owned a "flooring company" that wasn't worth anything:)..

EENF on the other hand (to my understanding) has been followed for quite some time, since they have had real prospects (oil:), and due to certain events, the stock has run in anticipation of drilling results, a more attractive balance sheet etc.

Near its top.. tsn* was valued at over 5 billion dollars (market cap) - and that is WITHOUT any revenue on the books! They are a promising "fintech" company (perhaps caught up a bit in the crypto hype).. but imo the "price" got WAY ahead of itself - as promising tech companies often do. *Not saying tsn* won't be a 100 billion market cap tech company some day.. but folks were paying for "potential"..

Now back to EEENF:).. stating the obvious:).. folks are valuing EEENF for the potential oil in the ground.. and what that oil could be worth in a buyout (since EEENF is an exploration company) **more knowledgeable longs please correct me if I misstate anything here:)..

So in my opinion.. EEENF could trade much, much higher on information we already know (folks can speculate on how much oil is there).. with more confirmation (positive drilling results).. the stock could run quick and hard depending on the results. When comparing to tsn*.. EEENF imo is a little more "predictable" in that "oil" is the target - NOT some potential revenue model five to ten (or more) years from now:)

Being relatively new to EEENF:), that is why I was asking earlier what folks were thinking about potential "buyout" price targets..
I guess a lot depends on how much oil can be "proven" and at what price a buyer is willing to pay..

Again, stating the obvious:).. we wake up one day to a "buyout".. and the stock will simply (probably) trade to that level:).. won't be the tsn* scenario where one would need to guess "how high will this thing go?"

That is why I am hoping for a buyout - it will make it a LOT easier to know when to sell (or not sell).. lol

Good luck in your trades.
