Emminent domain is nothing new and is Constitutional. What we have here is a taking faking to not be taken. SCOTUS wasn't fooled and our beloved Gooberment's legislated itself into a corner where it will attempt to fight its way out of the same paper bag it created and captured Fannie and Freddie with coz now we're all in da same bag post SCOTUS ruling ;-)
