This is the first I have ever heard of being unable to buy big board, Canadian or OTC stocks in the Cannabis sector.

You need another broker lol! I would wait to buy it tho. There are cannabis companies with more growth potential at the moment. Canopy may eventually be a top dog but it depends on management. Bruce is gone.
