I don’t think he’s buying the shares. I take him at his word that he owns no shares in the company at this point. He feels the company has to earn its stripes before he does that. I wonder if David Postula has any shares? Also, he made it perfectly clear they have a group of people working for them - it’s not just those two. Do they own any shares?

If you knew ANYTHING about public stock companies, you would KNOW that insiders can only buy shares within the 30 days AFTER filing fins. So, no, there are no insiders buying up this stock. The fins are not filed, no insiders AT ALL can buy these shares legally.
