They would be completely out of their minds to fake an agreement with Tony Hawk, a well known person who is still alive. He would simply sue them and they would completely destroy their reputation by doing such a stupid thing. Price is not going up because OTCX has been refilling the ask and lowering it, and for weeks now we have been "forced" to trade under their ask price, and they decide what that price is every single day. That is what we are dealing with here. Whether they are shorting this, selling for a note holder, or just caping the price to load cheap shares, I do not know. All I know is that once they stop doing this, we go up, regardless of PR's or not.

WTF - like he and his company which does $100's of millions in sales annually and controls a $BILLION plus video game "brand" isn't going to INSTANTLY "know" when a MAJOR PR was issued "on the PR wires" with his damn name all over it and a "quote" by him plastered all right in it?

BRAND EXPERTS and PUBLIC SPEAKERS and BEST SELLING AUTHORS of the caliber of a Tony Hawk actually EMPLOY COMPANIES/EXPERTS who do nothing but can and "watch" the internet and sales channels for ANY improper use of his name, brand, counterfeit products being sold, etc !!

WTF - like Tony Hawk Inc wouldn't have seen it by now or had someone ping them and ask them about it already?
