Depends on what type of week your talking about. A work week you could say Friday is the end. But I think officially in USA Monday is the first day of the week so they could mean by Sunday! But even if it were a few days late, who cares? They wouldn't say it if they didn't have intentions of doing it IMO! They could have simple filed bankruptcy back when it was suspended but OBVIOUSLY their ultimate goal must be to get Global Stem Cells Group listed and and if you've looked into Benito's Company you can see why!
