None of us are afraid of handcuffs, because none of us are spewing anything actionable in a legal sense. We're expressing dissatisfaction with management, which is entirely legal. Keep spreading FUD and trying to silence it. Is the fact that you're allegedly losing $350k+ per penny affecting your judgement? Trust me, pumping a stock based on nothing substantive, and trying to convince other investors to come along for the ride *is* actionable in a legal sense.

I'll ask again:

to be *specific*, AND on the record, are you saying that you have an "in" with the VYST BOD, and can speak directly for them? Without dancing around the topic, a literal "yes" or "no" will suffice.

Well, many of us are still here, but waiting for the ema suit to be resolved before saying anything is a mistake as the pps heads deep in to the toilet. Sitting by and Allowing this to happen is in no way acceptable. They won’t have many loyal shareholders left at some point.

I maintain my point that they have a lot to prove and a LOT To make up for as far as dealing with their shareholders goes. The silence is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Let’s get the handcuffs out for all of the outright LIES and MISINFORMATION spread by VYST and all the RahRah that goes on. There are so many items that will be brought up like the gloves which never happened, the RX3000 being produced at 50 units per week ramping up to 1500, the spin off, the bed in a box, the Amish satellite stores and so much more. Let’s get the Rottens to own up for all these LIES and half truths!!
