That's according to Canouse! Why would anyone ever believe him? The guy whose "industry leading title app for autos" did $10K total sales in eight years while issuing over 6 billion shares. If Third Bench takes control during a reverse merger IMO they will do something completely different. Who wants a company with over 6 billion shares? They can make it more attractive to their investors by having something like 60 million shares. That doesn't change the value of your stock holdings.

Check this Third Bench never even considered a reverse split during the negotiations
