Bernholtz is/was not an inmate. Rather he received a slap on the wrist from the OSC whilst shareholders got decimated. He is now retired and enjoying life up in the Muskokas.
Ricardo Estaupe also decimated shareholders with his whitepaper of several years back. Looks like he just spilt the beans that Mac all out lied re even hardware design freeze.
But for those in the know, Mac lies about just about everything.
June mega Options granted @ $1.87. Must mean a 5 billy buyout is imminent right Taco? I believe you and others were saying the same thing when Mac came on board and got his options @ 15 bucks or so...and then the same was said when he low balled his options reprice to $2.40.
Others like me look at the share price currently, see what management punts out as incentive options and then makes the initial calculus that PPS will indeed retrace lower.
Not only was milestone 3 priced in, it actually dropped the shareprice another 20% or so. Sooo, what will happen for milestone 4.
