In same boat, I converted options last month to get to a nice round total.
$100 in trading account may pay off house + tax. Leaving the IRA for $250 or more.

Market was pricing in entry to the utility energy market, current price more realistic as current H2 production plan is for internal use ( Will sell electrolyzers to others of course). Come 2024 though that can all change
