#155418 RE: Parker61 #155409

I would like to know what "REAL SHAREHOLDERS" means and why the term is thrown around on this stock page.

This is simply a term thrown around to try to label anybody not of the rosiest sentiment as being shorters/bashers hell-bent on bringing down the value of the stock for their own nefarious purposes. Anybody that says anything critical of the company is lumped into that pool of bad guys, and only the people gushing on this stock are considered "REAL SHAREHOLDERS". The fact is, we're pretty much all real shareholders, we're just tired of the nonstop hype with no results, and the overzealous plans that never seem to come to fruition. Calling out management for those failures is the responsible thing to do, to try to force them to behave in a more ethical and trustworthy way. At the least, if we point these things out often enough, maybe somebody will issue a response about them. At this point, any communication at all is better than what we've gotten accustomed to.

Additionally, what is the definition of "soon"?

Soon is exactly as long as it takes to happen, if ever. If that happens to be 17 days or 17 years from now, it all falls under the description of "soon".

Why do you frequently make reference to the BOD? Do you have poof of upcoming events, is the BOD your neighbor or a relative? How can you claim to know so much when no one else has information?

As captbob2112 likes to point out, it's all just speculation, under the guise of somehow having legitimate insight, but then disclaiming any legitimate insight down the line and saying it's actually just educated opinion based on DD.
