MB, it appears from all the research that all of the companies that owned the resources since the 1970's knew about the existence of REE's at Elk Creek but didn't find the need to extract the REE's until recently when the political winds changed and Washington changed course and now wants mineral independence from China for these materials, to build and secure reliable supply chains domestically and to compete in the exploding worldwide EV market which will require a lot of REE's particularly magnetized REE's. It appears we are at the right place at the right time which is a good place to be.
