They need to be current by Sept 28th.....they encourages co's to begin the process by 6/30 to insure they have enough time to process everything that is needed. But that's for co's that are completely dark imo, SEGI is not in jeopardy of going to Greysheets.

It's just odd that he engages a high flying Atty like Anthony and still can't get these basic filing correct.
