Seems they haven't informed the TA of the AS increase either... TA has been updating daily. No change.

Common shares 1,500,000,000 and Preferred shares 1,000,000 as of 6/22/2021

So, a billion share increase. From the last PLFF disclosure statement 6/30/2017, 40,000 of the Preferred were issued.

On June 6, 2011, the Company issued 40,000 shares of its Preferred Stock as compensation to a consultant that was owed $200,000
