Hard to tell. I Googled the info from the 8k, but all I can find is they're a Hong Kong co started in 2018. No info on what they do.
Maybe a further search on Arthur Li, the purchaser of $OOGI will give more hints.

The SS here was always a concern to me. But I took a small position in February, cuz you never know.
