He cannot provide a legal valuation because AERO is privately held. If you would like to see a valuation of FCCN check the filings, but that is not the value you would like to see is it.

Obviously you did not do your homework on Reverse Mergers. Do yourself a favor break out that Investing Book and come back when you are better informed.

Think of it this way. Aero is buying FCCN and not FCCN buying Aero. Now with that in mind who audits who?

-- did he tell you to invest in the company?
did you do that without doing any dd?
such a shame ... but it does happen to some folks...

i can only speak for myself
but as an adult who views the market
as legalized gambling -- i look at the
pros and cons of every stock i purchase --
-- i also don't react to every movement
of every minute -- knee jerk reactions
aren't my style ... and the potential
of this particular stock --
is still very much unfolding...
-- still liking the story and will pick up more friday
regardless of the price ... jmo (of course)
