Another win - you have to be kidding - Deitsch is locked into another settlement he won't honor - but the Judge retained Jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement!

Deitsch got his ass kicked in court once again. If he had won the lawsuit would have been dismissed but it wasn't.
