IMHO there was a huge over-reaction on a part of the opinion before the whole opinion could be read.

Pps of both fannie and freddie are on fire and ready to explode for two catalysts.

I have a feeling new buyers are coming, they are retail investors like us.
Institution investors do not invest penny stocks.
