"1. With the A/S at 2.5 billion, is there any reason to believe we could see significant dilution in the future? Just curious if the A/S being this high is reason for concern. My initial thoughts are that this is not a concern as insiders hold a large amount of restricted shares."
>> Ever since the merger was in the works over 1 year ago, the Float has remained under 53M shares. IMO, this pretty much proves management does not care for short term gains and have said as much. I'm sure dilution will come once the stock really takes off, but by then, we will be happy with where the PPS stands. Feel free to contact the CEO Stephen H. Watkins - he is a very nice man and more importantly, he is all about building the company long term and has the business acumen to do it. This is not your regular stinky pinky. Management is serious about making this a $1B+ company and the potential is real ($3B in Carbon credits and many other potential revenue stream in several markets like Gold, Art, Government projects, etc.
"2. Is the attorney letter the only remaining item needed for CE removal? Are all other filings now in order?"
