Re hrbr

My thoughts . . .I've seen chatter about this:

https://bombardier.com/en/media/news/bombardier-concludes-sale-crj-series-regional-jet-program-mitsubishi-heavy-industries

And this:

https://www.cnbc.com/2021/06/29/united-airlines-unveils-270-jet-boeing-and-airbus-order-its-largest-ever.html

I don't see the connection though. I think it's just a few sellers started trying to beat each other out the door locking in a huge profits. I mean look at the volume, it's pathetic for such a big % drop. HRBR is still not on a lot of people's "radars" ;) just not enough buyers to step in.
All imho.

Yes- United came out with news yesterday about replacing their aging fleet, including the 50 seaters (CRJ200), which makes up the entirety of what HRBR has. The current contract ends in February 2023 and i'm not sure if this will include the smaller/regional carriers. However, after researching more last night, I came to the conclusion that the CRJ200 are going to be sold for far less, maybe $1 million per.

I'm really beating myself up for not selling at $3, but I sold my entire position this morning in the $1.90-$2.26 range. Still a 10 bagger for me, and nothing to complain about as there are worse things. The market hates uncertainty, and I think this one has run its course. I can't see a lot of upside from here.
