I know the speech happened and then da swipe so I got the year wrong but I remember it was August 4th coz it was my birthday. Trump started us off well then got sidetracked with impeachment then relection and finally Covid. I'm not sure it would be proper for the President to order no defense either coz he represents the people and when yah file suit against the Gooberment, yah file suit against the people.
