Basically this was was a dark and defunct shell that had no updated filings or any business whatsoever for the past few years.

Just recently an entity has gained control of this company and has updated all filings and issued attorney opinion letters. Now we are waiting on the M & A that will 99% be coming into this and then we are off to the races. :)
